Our Happy Returns Policy
We want you to love your Posh Pad Designs goodies! 💛 If something isn’t quite right, no worries—we’re here to help make it right.
You’ve got 14 days from the day your package arrives to request a return. Our goal? To keep you happy and coming back for more delightful finds!
How to Make a Return
To be eligible, your item needs to be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Hang onto that receipt or proof of purchase, too!
Ready to start a return? Just shoot us an email at CustomerService@poshpaddesigns.com, and we’ll send you a return shipping label along with all the details. Returns should be sent to:

(Just a heads-up: We can’t accept returns sent without prior approval, so be sure to contact us first!)
Damaged or Wrong Item?
Oh no! If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out ASAP so we can make it right. We want your shopping experience to be as smooth as your favorite silk scarf.
A Few Exceptions
Some items are final sale and can’t be returned, including:
❌ Custom or personalized products
❌ Personal care items (like beauty products)
❌ Sale items and gift cards

Need a Different Item?
The quickest way to get what you want is to return your original item and place a new order for the right one. That way, you don’t have to wait for the exchange to process!
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If so, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Keep in mind that banks and credit card companies may take a little extra time to process the refund.)
